Let me see if I can explain it.... (Doing the CVS thing takes quite a bit of work.)
Using coupons and sales and the CVS Extra Care Bucks, one can get quite a lot of stuff for free, if one knows how to work the system a little.
The girl at this site does it all the time. Click on "CVS deals" in her labels section.
Seriously, though, it's way too much work for me!
